It is, by far, the quietest vibrator I own and exceeded my expectations. It’s also set on a low frequency but fairly strong in the vibe department. It is some what powerful, has a soft touch and feels good. Build quality seems fairly decent, this product has worked great for me so far. I think it worked better then i thought it would. At first, I couldn’t figure out how to turn it on, but you have to press and hold the button.
